Once again, the Chinese New Year is quickly approaching! We wish everyone with the affinity and the destiny to receive this message, a joyous holiday, and a new year filled with good luck and all the fortune you desire!

This coming year could be particularly difficult for you if you were born in the year of the Rabbit, Horse, Rooster, and Rat

OFFENDING SIGNS FOR 2023 are:

RABBIT: 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023

HORSE: 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014

ROOSTER: 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005, 2017

RAT: 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008, 2020

On Chinese New Year’s Eve, Wisdom Eye Dharma Center offers three kinds of spiritual blessings to bring people a more joyful, prosperous, and obstacle free New Year:

  • New Year’s Spiritual Blessing Lamp (Safe & Well, Wealth, Longevity, Great Merit, Child’s Career).
  • Thousand Light Dharma Rite (Brings Blessings to All Beings.  Light a candle for your loved ones).

For people born in the year of the Ox, Dragon, Ram, or Dog, this is the time of year to make charitable and virtuous An-Tai-Sui offerings on behalf of yourself and each of your loved ones.  Please register in our on-line store, before January 18th, 2023 to receive these protective and life-enhancing Dharma Rites and Blessings!

An-Tai-Sui Dharma Rite: In Chinese astrology every year is governed by a zodiac sign. Your personal zodiac sign is determined according to your birth year. Your luck is affected by the sign of the current year. If your personal sign does not have a favorable relationship with the sign of a given year, this can cause various problems.

We hold the “An-Tai-Sui Dharma Rite” to pacify problems caused by clashes between your zodiac sign and the coming year. The “An-Tai-Sui Dharma Rite” also helps promote a spiritually healthy body, a happy heart, an abundance of wealth and all and everything according to your will.

New Year’s Spiritual Blessing Lamp: Anyone, regardless of birth year, can request to have one or more special lamps lit on the behalf of yourself or a loved one, to bring you spiritual blessing and assistance throughout the year. Choose among: ‘Safe and Well, Asking for Wealth, Longevity, Great Merit, and Asking for Child/Grandchild’s career Lamp. The offering per lamp is a minimum of $108. Lamps are also available for Business Prosperity, starting at $300. If you have questions about which lamp to choose or why it is good to request a lamp, please contact us.

Thousand Light Dharma Rite: This Dharma Rite is held each year on Chinese New Year’s Eve at the Wisdom Eye Dharma Center for the benefit of all sentient beings. No in-person attendance this year.
